Carved doggy skull. For sale here: [link]

If you love him, consider suggesting him as a daily deviation. :) And join my group: #Unwanted-Beauty

This dog was not killed just to be made into art. He lived a full life and now is being a second life.

The carving looks great! I've never seen this type of art before (well, not done in modern times anyway), but this looks neat. The designs on the far back of the skull are especially interesting. Also, I find it morbidly hilarious that you posted art revolving around carving designs in a dog's skull while sporting a cat avatar. :D

Wow, babe...I never cease to be amazed by your relief carving...I have always heard that was the most difficult of all and I surely believe it!

I've put hundreds, if not more, into buying and maintaining the tools I use.

I don't have much money free at the moment. I think my carving fantasies will have to wait. and my skull painting ones. At least until I'm out of the house and can order skulls, hah. XD

Awww, I had a dog called Rusty when I was little. I think probably everyone knows a Rusty dog.
Awesome designs and I really love that your lines a so straight to, I've had a go at engraving and it's not easy.

Indeed it is not easy. Drives me nuts how many comment just to ask what tools to use, lol. Google, people!

I guess I should write up a journal that explains... explains it is much easier and cheaper to just buy them from me than to invest hundreds of dollars in the tools I use "just to try it out". lol
